Joint Reconstruction/Motion Estimation (JRM)

The Joint Reconstruction/Motion (JRM) toolbox developed for [1], [2] and to some extend [3]. It includes basic tools for PET/CT and PET/MRI motion estimation and compensation.

The code is available on GitLab.
